Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By uploading an image or making a purchase on bevanli.ai, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

Bevanli provides an automated logo processing service that generates brand assets (PNG variants, SVG vectors, color palettes) from images you upload. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Your content

You retain full ownership of any images you upload. By uploading, you grant Bevanli a limited, non-exclusive license to process your image solely for the purpose of generating your requested outputs.

You confirm that you own or have the right to use any image you upload, and that your use does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload images containing illegal, harmful, or infringing content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the service
• Use automated scripts to circumvent rate limits or abuse the free-preview tier
• Resell or redistribute Bevanli outputs as a standalone product without meaningful added value

5. Payments and refunds

All purchases are processed by Stripe. Prices are listed in USD. A project is charged once at the time of checkout.

Refund policy: Because brand kit generation involves real compute costs, refunds are offered at our discretion within 7 days of purchase if the output quality is materially defective. To request a refund, email support@bevanli.ai with your project ID and the issue.

10-Pack credits do not expire and are non-transferable.

6. Rate limiting

Free previews are limited to 3 processing jobs per IP address per 24-hour period to prevent abuse. If you have a legitimate high-volume need, contact us to discuss bulk arrangements.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that output quality will meet every use case, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bevanli's liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant project.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be noted at the top of this page.
