Bevanli ("we", "us", "our") operates the website bevanli.ai and the Bevanli brand asset generation service. Our contact email is support@bevanli.ai.

2. What we collect

Images you upload: Logo files you submit for processing. These are stored temporarily (up to 30 days) and then permanently deleted.
Email address: Only if you voluntarily join our waitlist or contact us. We never require an account to use the service.
Payment data: Processed entirely by Stripe. We do not store card numbers or sensitive payment information.
Usage data: Anonymous analytics (page views, feature usage) collected via Google Analytics 4. IP addresses are anonymized.
Session data: A temporary project ID is stored in your browser's session storage to link your upload to your preview. No persistent tracking cookies are set.

3. How we use your data

To process your logo and generate brand assets
To send your download link after successful payment
To communicate service updates (waitlist only, with your consent)
To understand how the product is used and improve it

4. Data retention

Uploaded images and generated assets are retained for a maximum of 30 days following upload, then permanently deleted from our servers. If you need your files sooner, please delete your project or contact us.

5. Third-party services

We use the following trusted third parties:

Stripe — payment processing. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
Google Analytics 4 — anonymized usage analytics.
Microsoft Clarity — session heatmaps for UX improvement.

6. Your rights

You may request deletion of your uploaded images at any time by emailing support@bevanli.ai with your project ID. If you are in the EU/EEA, you also have rights to access, rectification, and portability of your personal data under the GDPR.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be noted at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
